'Optispeedybat' cutting work stations are fitted with 5 different roller ways and a second transfer unit parallel to the cutting unit. In this way, cut bars can be distributed along the roller ways to optimise utilisation. This means that the same roller way can be used to store different orders. In practice, it is rather like having many more roller ways available to ensure maximum cutting optimisation and thus reduce offcut quantities

Bar Wiser 28 Dual schnell machine rebar processing multipurpose centres BAR WISER 28 is an extremely powerful profiling- stirrup bending machine with two bending heads to machine steel rods from bars. It has a machining capacity of up to 28 mm Ø single (#8), 20 mm Ø double (#6) or 12 mm Ø triple (#4). Because BAR WISER 28 is so flexible and powerful, it is particularly suitable for medium- to large-sized profiling centres as a substitute for the more traditional cutting bench and bending robot or, in general, centres whose aim is sorting onboard the machine. Thanks to the optional storage carriage, bars and profiles of different diameters and dimensions can automatically be classified. The carriage is automatically controlled by the machine control software.

> increasing productivity because the dead times for head transfer from the upper to the lower working line are eliminated

Schnell has created an innovative bar feeding station. The novelty is in the structure of the Entry_rack_Double_Deck

“Double Deck” station as a moving feeding device stands over a fixed stocking element.
Thanks to the introduction of such improvement it is possible to:
- stock bundles of bars without hampering the feeding process of the upper station,
- save space in the shaping centre,
- reduce station feeding time.

 

Chain collecting and unloading carriage BW

The carriage allows automatic classification of the bars and profiles, also of different BW

diameters and dimensions. Characterised by chain feeders and storage racks, it is

automatically managed by the machine control software.

 

 

Bidimensional bar code reader

Robomaster 60 servo schnell machine rebar processing shaping centres The Robomaster shaping centres allow fully automatic 4- directions bending and the production of any type of shapes, including those with positive and negative bends. Moreover, the bar holding clamps allow independent operations of the two bending units assuring save of time during the production of shapes.
